March 31, 2021: Webform. Submitted IRM0002 form to change gender marker.
April 6, 2021: Call. (a) Confirms that the letter received on April 1, 2021 regarding a certain end date for authorization to work under R186(w) seems to be problematic. Applicants described under R186(w) can indeed work until a decision has been made. (b) Information regarding the change of policy on gender marker change for TR has not been received in CSC.
April 9, 2021: Call. (a) Refused request to add a GCMS note notifying processing officer that a gender marker change request is coming. Citing reasons of "not able to act on client's behalf". (b) Confirmed that new information has been received regarding the new non-EE portal, but such information has not been properly absorbed in CSC. Proposed that inconsistencies in websites may be due to changes being so recent.
April 9, 2021: Twitter. Asked for clarification on the non-EE portal, specifically the odd behaviour of websites (Link). Received a reply on April 16, 2021, indicating the notification of the new portal "displays randomly" to "ensure a smooth transition" (Link).
April 15, 2021: Call. (a) Confirms that IRM0002 has been received and transferred to relative places a day ago. (b) Confirms that application through the new portal is valid, and no notifications will be given until AOR is issued. AOR issuance "may be faster" due to being online, but no additional information. Once AOR was issued, application can be linked to the normal portal.
May 2, 2022: Webform. Submitted corrected IMM 5562 Travel History form. Replied June 22, 2022, form received but application has already been closed. No action taken.
